Leasing Manager

Sea Inside is an international real estate company with offices in Georgia and Thailand. We are launching our own management company in Tbilisi and want to make it one of the most technologically advanced in the region, with automation, AI tools, and high standards of service. We are looking for a person who will start as a Leasing Manager and can lead this direction in 6-12 months.

What you will do

• Search for new properties, work with owners, and conclude management contracts, building long-term relationships with them.
• Work with tenants: consultations, showings, property selection, move-in and move-out procedures to increase and extend rentals.
• Accept properties under management, coordinate preparation and filming of apartments, monitor the quality of property listings (automatic publication system takes care of posting, no manual placement required).
• Participate in the implementation of AI tools and digital solutions together with the IT team.
• Coordinate with technical and client specialists, monitor service standards.

Career growth In 6-12 months, a successful candidate can lead the department: a team of 3-5 people, personnel selection and training, setting KPI, development of the management company.
