Job Title: International Procurement Specialist Location: Tbilisi (Kakheti Highway, 15th km) Working Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Search, evaluation, and periodic update of the base of potential local and international suppliers;
• Requesting price offers, comparative analysis, and obtaining the best terms (price, discount, payment terms)
• Establishing long-term partnership relationships with suppliers and regular evaluation of their effectiveness (KPI);
• Receiving, prioritizing, and processing applications from the company's internal departments;
• Forming, sending, and tracking procurement orders;
• Coordinating qualitative and quantitative inspection of received products with the Warehouse Manager;
• Negotiating contract terms with suppliers and communicating with relevant responsible persons;
• Maintaining complete order of procurement documents (invoice, acceptance, bill of lading) and transferring them to accounting;
• Controlling advance and final settlements in collaboration with the financial department;
• Preparing periodic reports for the manager (procurement volume, saved funds, time limits)

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Mandatory English language proficiency (at least B2);
• High-level proficiency in office programs;
