Main responsibilities: - Managing the beer and lemonade brewing/production process according to the technological map - Receiving and preparing raw materials (malt, hops, yeast, etc.) - Controlling the brewing-fermentation process (temperature, time, density, and other indicators) - Participating in laboratory analyzes - Ensuring compliance with sanitary-hygienic norms and HACCP standards - Documenting and reporting the production process

Qualification requirements: - Secondary or professional technical education (preferably in food, beverage, or chemical technologies). - Experience working in a brewery or similar enterprise is desirable - Basic knowledge of brewing, fermentation, and related technological operations; - Strict adherence to instructions; - Responsibility and accuracy; - Foreign language (Russian or English) is desirable at the level of technical terminology.
