Who are we? We are not just a real estate agency, nor are we a brokerage. We are building a strong, high-service, systematic company where people grow as professionals, learn, and achieve high results (through real work, not copying 20 tetri job postings, which is what most agencies do today). Today, our team consists of 10 employees. In the next period, we plan to expand our team to 20 people, and that's why we're looking for new agents. What drives us? Our company helps sellers and buyers resolve real estate sales and purchase issues without hassle.

We: - Visit and inspect every property we sell; - Conduct market analysis of these properties and bring them to the market at the right value; - Implement modern sales and video marketing tools; - Help our clients have more time for their lives, as we take care of everything else for them.

Over the past three years, 90% of real estate sellers who contacted us have received quick results. Our big goal is to change Georgia's real estate market with truly good service, making both the seller/buyer and the agent, whose quality of life should improve as a result of working with us, satisfied. These are the two things that drive me. To achieve this goal, we need to hire 10 new sales agents, which we plan to do within the next 1 year.

Why is the vacancy open? - We have created a strong marketing system that generates 50 to 150 new leads (customers) daily through video content. - These are already interested clients who need our service. - Due to the current market situation, our service is in high demand, and the company is actively growing.

Who are we looking for? - We are looking for an experienced sales specialist who approaches their work with the same responsibility and dedication as each of our existing team members. - Our clients get their first impression of the company from sales managers, so we only want to hire strong professionals for our team. - The selection process will be quite serious, but in return, you will get one of the best working conditions in the real estate market.
