Brand Manager

Tekto Group, a rapidly growing development company that creates modern residential and investment projects on the Black Sea coast, is announcing a vacancy for a Brand Manager position.

Work location: Batumi, K. Gamsakhurdia st. №4 Work schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Key responsibilities: - Brand strategy and image: managing/controlling the company's and its projects' positioning, tone of voice, and visual style. - Brand Book management: implementing existing standards in daily communication and participating in creating Brand Books for new projects. - Marketing campaigns: planning and effective management of advertising campaigns, social media, and other communication channels. - Sales support: preparing necessary materials (presentations, brochures, information PDFs) for the sales team and optimizing content. - Analytics and monitoring: constant analysis of the market, competitors, lead quality, and marketing activity results.

Qualification requirements: - Relevant work experience (preferably in development); - Creative and analytical thinking; - Strong communication and presentation skills; - Organizational skills, effective time management, and ability to make independent decisions; - Teamwork skills and high work ethic.
