In Rustavi, cafe "Espresso cup" is announcing a vacancy for a Barista position.

Main responsibilities: - Preparation of coffee and other beverages: preparing high-quality coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.), cold drinks, cocktails, and menu items in accordance with standards. - Customer service: providing friendly and professional service to customers, familiarizing them with the menu, and making recommendations. - Workplace cleanliness: maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and workspace in accordance with sanitary norms. - Cash and terminal operations: working with the cash register, correctly processing revenue, and reporting at the end of the shift. - Inventory control: monitoring inventory and informing management about necessary products. - Work process management: constantly monitoring the workspace, and promptly replenishing supplies (coffee, milk, ingredients, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted service.

Requirements: - Experience: at least 1 year of experience is required. - Responsibility: punctuality and discipline. - Skills: communicativeness, ability to work in a team, and maintaining composure in stressful situations. - Ability to work in a team. - Problem-solving skills. - Languages: knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.

Conditions: - Work schedule: day and evening shifts. - Compensation: fixed salary + bonus system + tips.
