German Speaking Operator

We are looking for a German speaking operator to join the team at GLOBAL CONNECT!

Salary: - Fixed salary - $1000 - Bonus system - additional payment based on work results - Stable and timely payment - Opportunity for income growth

Work schedule: - Monday to Friday - 12:30 to 21:30 - Saturday and Sunday - days off

Main responsibilities: - Communication with customers in German; - Handling incoming calls and messages; - Providing fast and professional answers to customer questions; - Providing necessary information; - Correctly identifying customer needs; - Performing work processes qualitatively and responsibly; - Effective collaboration with the team.

Our requirements: - Good knowledge of German - necessary; - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; - Responsible and punctual attitude; - Ability to communicate politely with customers; - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a new environment; - Teamwork skills; - Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage, but is not required.
