In modern standard showrooms, in addition to locally produced products, you can find products imported from various European countries. The Modus network offers a wide range of construction and repair materials, as well as multi-brand furniture showrooms, household and decorative items, bathroom fixtures and accessories, lighting, electrical products, and many other products from various categories.

The Modus hypermarket chain is announcing a vacancy for a Product Standards Compliance Specialist in Tbilisi and Batumi.

Job Description:

• Determine the compliance of industrial and construction products placed in the company for sale with the law and provide recommendations;
• Prepare/analyze instructions, markings, and other documents for compliance presented for industrial and construction products placed in the company;
• Analyze documentation (information) provided in advance by the purchasing department before purchasing industrial and construction products and implement relevant procedures;
• Identify violations of safety requirements defined by relevant technical regulations (if any);
• Knowledge of basic regulatory normative acts related to industrial and construction products;
• Cooperation with the "Public Agency for Market Supervision";

Requirements: - Knowledge of basic regulatory normative acts related to industrial and construction products; - Higher academic education (preferably in law); - Desirable experience in customs, supervision, or legal work. - Good knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, Internet) - English language skills (mandatory); - Russian language skills (desirable);

Personal qualities: - High sense of responsibility and commitment to work; - Communicative; - Goal-oriented; - Teamwork skills;
