Supervisor

The French bakery chain ''Entrée'' is announcing a vacancy for the position of Supervisor.

Location: Tbilisi; Working hours: 08:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 22:00, 5 working days a week; Initial salary: 2000 GEL; Additional benefits: free meals and health insurance. Education: Bachelor's degree.

Main requirements: - Experience working in a similar position (preferably in a food establishment) - Knowledge of high service standards and customer orientation - Ability to coordinate a team - Sense of responsibility and organization - Communication skills and ability to effectively manage conflict situations - Experience working with a cash register and reporting - Good command of English; - Control of work processes (hygiene, order, service quality) - Ability to work with a flexible schedule - Basic knowledge of computer programs - Knowledge of customer service etiquette and full compliance with service standards; - Arranging and presenting ready-made products on the counter and selling them;
