SMM and Content Marketing Manager

TZD, a construction and renovation materials company, is announcing a vacancy for an SMM and Content Marketing Manager.

We are looking for an active, creative, and result-oriented employee who will fully manage the company's Facebook and Instagram pages, create photo and video content, manage advertising campaigns, and be involved in the development of the company's website.

For us, it is important to find a candidate who is not limited to just posting - they should be able to come up with ideas, take product photos, edit videos, launch ads, and analyze the results.

Key responsibilities - Full administration of Facebook and Instagram pages; - Creating a social media content plan; - Developing ideas and preparing posts, Stories, and Reels; - Taking photos and videos of products in TZD stores; - Creating content about new products, promotions, and special offers; - Shooting and editing videos; - Creating product reviews and informational videos; - Preparing video content with employee participation; - Maintaining a unified visual style and brand style on social media; - Planning and launching Facebook and Instagram Ads; - Monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager; - Selecting and testing advertising audiences; - Responding to messages and comments on social networks; - Redirecting potential customers to the relevant sales team; - Recording leads from social networks; - Updating product information, promotions, photos, and information on the company website; - Monitoring competitors' social media and online activity; - Analyzing weekly and monthly results and preparing reports.

Qualification requirements - Experience working in a similar position; - Good knowledge of Facebook and Instagram platforms; - Practical experience working with Meta Ads Manager; - Ability to take high-quality photos and videos with a smartphone; - Experience creating Reels and short advertising videos; - Knowledge of video editing software - CapCut or similar; - Knowledge of Canva or other design programs; - Ability to create texts for social media; - Creative thinking; - High sense of responsibility; - Organizational skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Advantage will be given to candidates with experience in: - Construction and repair materials sector; - Retail sales sector; - Website administration; - Knowledge of Google Analytics; - Knowledge of Google Ads; - Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator; - Experience in product photo and video shooting.

What we expect from the candidate We are looking for a person who: - Will come up with interesting content; - Will actively work in the store and in different sections; - Will take photos and videos; - Will create and edit Reels; - Will come up with ideas for promotions and advertising campaigns; - Will launch and control advertising; - Will analyze results; - Will work on increasing TZD brand awareness and sales.

Portfolio - Along with the CV, it is desirable for the candidate to present a portfolio of their own works: - Managed Facebook / Instagram pages; - Created Reels and videos; - Examples of posts and designs; - Implemented advertising campaigns.
