Job conditions:

** Position: Corporate Business Banker ** Work schedule: Full-time onsite, 10:00-19:00 ** Office address: Batumi, Shota Rustaveli Avenue 25 / Luka Asatiani 1

Key responsibilities:

** Attracting new corporate and SME clients to meet the bank's sales targets; ** Constantly analyzing the market and working on new attraction strategies; ** Managing the corporate loan disbursement process (collecting initial financial and other necessary information in accordance with company standards); ** Providing high-quality service to clients by identifying their needs and redirecting requests to relevant teams; ** Controlling overdue loans and managing overdue payments onsite, as well as participating in the recovery process and providing recommendations to business bankers; ** Maintaining constant communication with the marketing department to increase sales and promote credit products; ** Participating in loan reviews at the credit committee.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; ** 2-3 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically in SME/corporate sales; ** Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ** Good knowledge of the Georgian market; ** Strong analytical skills; ** English language proficiency.
