Sales Manager

2Gis-batumi is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

2GIS-Batumi is an international IT company that develops digital infrastructure for cities and provides cartographic and information-search services. The platform combines constantly updated maps, navigation, and a search directory in one space. Our goal is to simplify the process of orientation for city residents and provide accurate information about any service. This, in turn, helps businesses develop processes and attract new customers. What we offer: - Salary: fixed salary 1500 + bonus; - Average monthly income is approximately 3000 GEL; successful managers' income reaches 4000 GEL and more. - Workplace: Batumi, central district; - Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 (the work includes visits and meetings with partners).

Main responsibilities: - Searching for potential clients and initial communication (phone and face-to-face); - Planning, organizing, and conducting meetings with decision-makers; - Signing contracts with clients, preparing invoices, and controlling subsequent operations; - Studying customer requirements and preparing tailored offers; - Constantly generating and updating the base of existing and potential clients; - Forming long-term, reliable, and partnership relationships; - Planning, implementing, and identifying/improving sales processes; - In-depth knowledge of the company's products and their technical characteristics; - Executing manager's instructions and regular reporting of results.

Basic requirements: - Experience in sales (will be considered an advantage); - Basic knowledge of office programs (Excel, MS Office, Outlook); - Fluent knowledge of Georgian and Russian languages; - Experience in conducting presentations and negotiations; - Ability to effectively manage time and quickly solve problems.
