AML Officer

LLC Miso Bermeli / Bermeli announces a vacancy for the position of AML Officer in Batumi.

Main duties and responsibilities: - Ensuring compliance of internal processes, policies, documents, and products with legislation; - Providing consultations to the company's structural units on legislative issues and active interaction with them to ensure constant compliance with regulatory requirements; - Familiarization with legislative changes and regulations of the National Bank, its news, and changes, and implementation in the company's work; - Processing information about individuals and legal entities wishing to establish a business relationship, risk assessment; - Control over the proper execution of the client's identification/verification process (including individuals making one-time transactions); - Implementation of relevant CDD/EDD measures for clients with increased risk; - Performance of tasks assigned by the supervisor, submission of reports on work done. - Notarization of contracts; - Cancellation of registered mortgages in accordance with the established procedure;

Basic requirements: - Higher legal education; - At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is desirable; - Knowledge of office programs ("Microsoft Word" and "Microsoft Excel") is required;

Personal qualities: - Ability to conduct activities based on principles; - Ability to effectively allocate personal and company resources; - Ability to set priorities and take responsibility; - Teamwork skills; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to effectively manage conflict and crisis situations;

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00; Saturday 09:20-14:20, 40-hour workweek. Salary: 2500 GEL
