Store Manager

Fami Group Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Store Manager at the international children's clothing brand COOL CLUB store. Location: Tbilisi Workplace: Tbilisi Mall Type of employment: Full-time

Position Purpose The Store Manager is responsible for the effective management of the store's daily activities, achieving sales results, managing and developing the team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and protecting the company's internal standards.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and control the store's daily operations; - Organize store opening and closing procedures; - Ensure the fulfillment of sales targets and monitor results; - Manage the sales team, compile work schedules, and organize the work process; - Motivate, develop, and evaluate employee performance; - Ensure high standards of customer service; - Manage customer feedback and improve service quality; - Control product receipt, placement, replenishment, and inventory; - Control cash operations and daily financial processes; - Prepare daily and periodic reports; - Ensure compliance with store visual standards and Visual Merchandising requirements; - Monitor the correct implementation of promotions and discounts; - Manage inventory and product movement processes; - Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies, labor discipline, and safety rules; - Regular communication with management and reporting on store performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience working in the retail sector; - Experience in the position of Store Manager or Deputy Manager will be considered an advantage; - Experience in managing sales and KPI indicators; - Ability to manage and motivate a team; - High sense of responsibility and organization; - Communication and leadership skills; - Ability to work in a stressful and dynamic environment; - Attention to detail; - Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; - Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of MS Office and 1C will be considered an advantage.
