Cashier-Barista

Restaurant "Lolita" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cashier-Barista.

Main responsibilities: - Checking and adjusting the coffee machine and grinder according to established standards, daily, before starting work; - Preparing all drinks in the menu in accordance with established standards; - Preparing the necessary mise en place for the menu in advance to ensure efficient service; - Accurate and high-quality cash operations, including cashless payment for customers; - Closing the cash register at the end of the day, counting, sorting, and providing complete information to the next shift's cashier-barista and direct supervisor; - Checking the functionality of cash terminals; - Controlling inventory levels of products available on-site: daily control, description, assessment of quantity and quality; - Describing existing inventory at the end of the month, in agreement with the supervisor; - Monitoring product expiration dates and requesting replenishment of inventory in advance; - Ensuring proper storage of inventory at the end of the workday and preparing it for the next day; - Storing products in full compliance with safety and hygiene rules; - Knowing the full composition of the menu and providing exhaustive information about products to customers if needed.

Additional requirements: - Experience working in a similar position; - Professional education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage); - Ability to work in a team; - High sense of responsibility; - Attention to detail.
