I, Tamar Shubitidze, Coordinator of Household, Textile and IKEA category, am announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Category Purchasing Specialist in the Purchasing Department. I promise to teach you: all the basic tactics necessary for purchasing; working in the 1C program in the relevant module; necessary aspects of the purchasing process and necessary skills.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Control of product stocks in warehouses and markets; periodic update of minimum and maximum balances and software write-off; - Identification of product deficit and excess balances and reporting to the Purchasing Manager; - Ensuring the ordering, delivery, supply to the company's warehouse or customer, return of products, and related documentation and software write-off, in accordance with the standards developed and implemented by the company; - Software registration of orders; - Production of product arrival schedules and informing the sales team; - Preparation and dispatch of incoming orders for redistribution to warehouses; - Monitoring of balances and providing movements to operators in different regions; - Performance of direct supervisor's tasks.

Main qualification requirements: - Higher education - Bachelor's degree; - Knowledge of English is required, knowledge of Russian is desirable; - Office programs, including Excel knowledge is important.
