Job Purpose: The main goal of the Problem Loan Operator's activity is to administer/withdraw problem loans issued by the organization for up to 30 days and to interact with borrowers/sureties/guarantors on behalf of the organization to protect its interests and ensure loan repayment.

Job Description: - Telephone communication with overdue borrowers and their sureties; - Effective communication with the customer to ensure repayment of overdue/problem loans; - If necessary, and only with the written consent of the immediate supervisor, offer restructuring of overdue and problem loans to the client on favorable terms, taking into account the interests of the bank; - Compilation of an effective payment schedule for current overdue/problem loans (but not more than 29 calendar days from the day of the first unpaid installment); - Coordination of activities with the management of the Current Overdue Asset Management Department; - Management and intensive monitoring of the portfolio of overdue and problem loans transferred to it for up to 30 days;

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills: - Higher education (legal or economic education is desirable); - Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage; - Desirable experience as a Problem Loan Operator, Problem Asset Management Officer, Lawyer, Executor, or in a relevant field; - Computer skills (knowledge of office programs at a high level); - Logical thinking; - Teamwork skills; - Ability to negotiate and persuasive communication; - Ability to work in stressful situations; - Flexibility regarding working hours; - Sense of responsibility.
