The wall and roof sandwich panel manufacturing company "Panex" announces a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager in Rustavi.

Main responsibilities: - Organization and management of all warehouse processes: receiving, placement, storage, completion and removal of products. - Management of warehouse employees, distribution of work tasks and control of their implementation. - Ensuring effective use of warehouse space and optimal placement of products. - Control of material assets receipt, storage, movement and accounting processes. - Control of warehouse balances, organization of inventories and analysis of results. - Control of timely preparation of orders and product delivery process. - Production and control of accuracy of warehouse documentation (invoices, acts, acceptance-transfer documents, etc.). - Improvement of warehouse operational processes and increase of efficiency. - Control of labor safety, internal regulations and work standards. - Cooperation with sales, procurement, production and logistics departments. - Monitoring of key warehouse indicators (balances, turnover, losses, order processing speed). - Participation in cost optimization and improvement of logistics processes. - Performance of other tasks within the scope of competence

Qualification requirements: Experience in a similar position in the warehouse/logistics field, experience in managing a team. Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control principles. Experience in working with accounting/warehouse software (ERP, WMS, 1C). High sense of responsibility, organization and decision-making skills. High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
