Architect

A company with many years of experience, Megawatt.GE, is announcing a vacancy for an Architect position.

Main responsibilities: - Composition of architectural projects; - Preparation of internal and external design according to the project; - Preparation of working drawings; - Measurement drawings; - Agreement of the project with the city's architectural service and conduct of all necessary procedures; - Preparation of presentation materials, 3D visualization.

Personal qualities: - Organizational skills; - Communication skills; - Responsibility; - Ability to work in a team; - Ability to make decisions in stressful situations; - Development-oriented; - Effective time management.

Required skills: - Higher education; - At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (required); - Knowledge of architectural programs: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Lumion... - Language skills: Georgian, Russian, and English - Microsoft Office programs - Work experience is a prerequisite. - Salary is determined according to qualification.
