Operations Manager

UG Lubricants is announcing a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager (Back-office / Sales Support).

The company owns a modern production plant located in the Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone and offers a wide range of high-quality products tailored to the requirements and needs of various industries. Job Responsibilities: - Ensuring daily administrative and operational support for sales processes. - Receiving, processing, and coordinating customer orders, and controlling the delivery process. - Preparing and administering commercial and transportation documentation (agreements, invoices, specifications, packing lists, export-related documents, etc.). - Ensuring effective communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, logistics companies, and internal departments. - Monitoring local and international delivery processes, controlling deadlines, and timely informing customers. - Ensuring effective collaboration between sales, production, inventory, warehouse, and logistics departments. - Managing data in ERP/CRM systems, preparing reports and analytical reports for management. - Participating in improving sales and operational processes, managing document flow, and protecting the company's internal procedures.

Qualification Requirements: - Work experience in export sales or international sales - Knowledge of international trade and export documentation (will be considered an advantage) - Ability to negotiate - Result-oriented and goal-oriented - Organizational skills and high level of responsibility - Knowledge of computer programs (MS Excel, Word, email) - Experience working with ERP/CRM systems will be considered an advantage;

Language Skills - Georgian – required - English – required - Russian – will be considered an advantage

Employment Type - Full-time

Work Schedule / Format - Full – onsite work (Kutaisi) - Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Remuneration - Competitive (according to experience and qualifications) + bonuses based on export sales results (transparent bonus system)
