We are looking for a new team member at the Caucasus Center of Medicine: a Registrar.

Schedule: 8-hour, 5-day workweek, and half-day every 3rd Saturday

Qualification requirements: - Higher education; students in their final year are also considered; - Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience; - Good knowledge of MS Office applications; - Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.

Remuneration: (fixed), 1000 GEL + bonus

Functions and responsibilities: - Registration of patients in the relevant program; - Opening a patient's card and filling in information according to predetermined rules; - Completing a patient's card with all necessary information; - Referring registered patients to the relevant specialist; - Searching/verification and provision of information requested by patients if not available; - Providing information to patients in case of service delays; - Comparing all registrations and relevant documentation in the program at the end of the day; - Other job-related functions and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor and hospital manager.
