Job Description The main goal of the position is the daily visual and basic monitoring of the head office's technical infrastructure, control of current system statuses, identification of possible malfunctions and non-standard situations at an early stage, and timely informing of relevant technical groups and engineers.

The position does not include in-depth technical service, diagnostics, or repair work of engineering systems. The primary focus is on the daily control of the building's technical infrastructure, timely detection of problems, and relevant response.

Key Responsibilities and Functions - Daily Monitoring and Control - Daily scheduled visual inspection and tour of the head office's technical infrastructure; - Control and recording of current statuses of technical systems and units; - Control and fixation of alarms, errors, and other messages displayed on technical unit screens and panels; - Timely identification of changes and malfunctions in system operation; - Detection of non-standard environmental conditions, including: inadequate temperature, humidity, signs of leakage, dust, unusual noise, or vibration; - Timely informing of relevant technical groups/engineers about identified malfunctions and further monitoring of the issue; - Control and coordination of other current issues related to infrastructure performance. - Evening tour and security control - Complete inspection of all floors, office spaces, and technical rooms after the workday ends; - Visual control of server rooms and other critical technical spaces; - Verification of compliance with basic safety and energy efficiency requirements before leaving the building; - Control of lighting and other relevant systems shutdown; - Verification of technical space locking and security status; - Checking the transition of systems to night mode if necessary; - Control of order and cleanliness in technical rooms and fixation of relevant issues.

Competency Areas - The candidate must have basic knowledge of technical infrastructure and be able to visually control the following systems: - Electricity and weak currents - visual control of electric panels, indicators and lighting systems; - BMS (Building Management System) - recognition and fixation of alarms, errors and other messages on the system monitor; - Pumps and hydraulic systems - visual inspection of pressure, leaks, indicators and general system status; - Servers and UPS - control of cooling system operation, temperature regime and indicators on UPS panels; - Generators - visual control of fuel level, general readiness and panel status.

Qualification - Education in a technical field or relevant work experience; - Basic knowledge of building engineering/technical systems; - Ability to read technical unit panels and indicators and recognize basic messages; - Detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility; - Observability and ability to detect problems at an early stage; - Discipline and ability to accurately perform planned inspection procedures; - Ability to correctly record identified issues and communicate timely with relevant persons; - Experience working in a building technical infrastructure, Facility Management, Maintenance or similar environment is desirable. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
