Cooking Assistant

Restaurant "Mayis Ezo" is announcing a vacancy for a Cooking Assistant position.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hardworking team member to assist the kitchen team in food preparation and daily work process organization.

Main responsibilities - Primary processing and preparation of products; - Assisting in the processing of vegetables, meat, and other ingredients; - Cutting, cleaning, weighing, and preparing ingredients according to relevant tasks; - Fulfilling tasks assigned by cooks; - Preparing necessary products and inventory for the work process; - Proper storage and placement of products; - Organizing products in refrigerators and workspaces; - Ensuring food safety and hygiene norms; - Constantly maintaining cleanliness and order in the workspace; - Assisting the team in the kitchen work process.

Important: The Cooking Assistant's duties do not include preparing and serving dishes on order. The position mainly involves product processing, pre-preparation, and assisting cooks.

Qualification requirements - Experience working in a kitchen is desirable; - High sense of responsibility; - Adherence to cleanliness and hygiene norms; - Ability to work quickly and organized; - Teamwork skills; - Punctuality and discipline; - Ability to work in a busy work environment.

Working conditions Workplace: Restaurant "Mayis Ezo", Kutaisi Shift 1: 09:00 – 16:00 Shift 2: 16:00 – 23:00
