Construction Foreman

Construction company "Smart Solutions" announces a vacancy for the position of Construction Foreman.

The company's field of activity: infrastructure and civil construction. Work location: Georgia Work schedule: 09:00-18:00, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities: - Organize, manage and directly supervise daily work on the construction site - Effectively redistribute labor and special equipment and control their work - Ensure the quality of work, technological processes and deadlines - Strictly control labor safety, technical and fire norms on the site - Rational use and control of construction materials - Close cooperation with the project manager and site engineer, regular reporting on completed work - Issuance of tasks and verification of execution according to working drawings

Requirements: - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Ability to work in a changing construction environment - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to learn quickly and show initiative - Attention to detail

Requirements: - Higher education in construction/engineering - At least 3 years of work experience as a construction foreman on construction/infrastructure projects - Ability to read construction drawings - In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, materials and norms - Knowledge of the specifics of construction special equipment operation
