Linen Laundry Employee

Luxury Apart Hotel is announcing a vacancy for a Laundry Employee position.

Luxury Apart Hotel's own laundry provides a full cycle of hotel linen and quality control. We are looking for a responsible employee who will accurately follow washing technology, hygiene rules, and linen delivery standards.

Location Batumi, Selim Khimshiashvili St. 94a Employment full-time, onsite Work schedule to be determined by agreement Remuneration 900-1,000 GEL, depending on experience and job quality

Key responsibilities - Receiving, counting, marking, and sorting dirty linen according to fabric type, color, and degree of contamination; - Preliminary inspection for stains, damage, and wear; determining the need for preliminary processing or repeated washing; - Selecting the correct washing program, temperature, drying mode, and detergent dosage according to fabric type; - Safe and instruction-compliant use of professional washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment; - Washing, drying, ironing, folding, packaging, and preparing linen for delivery; - Final quality control of clean linen, cleanliness, smell, stains, damage, dryness, and organized visual appearance; - Accurate accounting of received and issued linen and preparation of orders on time; - Separation of clean and dirty linen areas, prevention of cross-contamination, and daily cleaning of the laundry space; - Safe storage and use of chemicals; maintenance of machines, filters, and work surfaces; - Informing the supervisor about technical malfunctions, lack of supplies, or linen damage and coordination with the team for timely delivery of orders.

Qualification requirements - Responsibility, punctuality, discipline, and high work ethic; - Attention to detail and ability to control quality; - Ability to work in physically demanding conditions; - Willingness to learn the rules of safe use of equipment and chemicals; - Experience working in a laundry, dry cleaning, or hotel housekeeping will be considered an advantage; training is possible for those without experience; - Knowledge of the Georgian language and ability to work in a team.
