Warehouse Manager / Procurement Officer

LLC "Channel Energy (Poti) Limited - Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager and Procurement Officer.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 Work location: Poti

Brief job description: The Warehouse Manager and Procurement Officer is responsible for operating, managing the company's central warehouse, and making purchases on behalf of the company.

Key responsibilities: - Describe goods received in the company's central warehouse and make entries in the relevant journal. - Verify the accuracy of accompanying documentation for goods received in the company's central warehouse. - Describe/write off goods (materials) consumed by the company and make entries in the relevant journal. - Control storage conditions and expiration dates of goods stored in the company's central warehouse. - Make purchases of requested goods and materials on behalf of the company. - Prepare proper documentation for purchased goods and materials and bring them to the company's territory in accordance with the purchase size. - Participate in the process of finding and evaluating local suppliers. - Participate in the periodic inventory process of the company's central warehouse and financial audits conducted in the company. - Produce documentation related to his/her activities. - Control the stock of consumable materials in the company's central warehouse. - Prepare all necessary documentation for goods to be brought into the company's territory and taken out of the territory. - Submit protocols to the financial service regarding written-off and consumed materials. - Control the materials consumed during ongoing projects in the company and produce relevant protocols.

Qualification requirements: - Higher or professional education. - Experience working in a similar position. - Full knowledge of office programs. - A driver's license is desirable.
