I, Natia Khizanishvili, Category Manager for Paints and Varnishes and Decorations, have been working at Gorgia since 2018, and I am announcing a vacancy for the position of Category Sales Manager in the Distribution Department. I will teach the selected candidate about the technical data of materials, service standards, and effective communication with customers. I will help develop project management, analysis, planning, and communication skills. The "Gorgia" company has been conducting international trade relations since 1998. Function - responsibilities: - Market and competitor analysis, development of a strategy for attracting new partners, and updating the database; - Development of a plan for the development of brands included in the category, increasing awareness; - Offering products in the category, testing, sharing technical characteristics of materials, monitoring and stimulating sales; - Coordination of orders and stocks; - Analysis and optimization of sales results and assortment.

Basic qualification requirements: - Higher education; - At least 1 year of experience in sales; - Knowledge of Turkish or English at B2 level; - Knowledge of MS Office programs; - A driving license and a personal car are required.
