IT Process Quality Management Manager

The Bank of Georgia's Information Technology Department, in the IT Process Quality Management Service, is looking for an IT Process Quality Management Manager.

If you think that IT process standardization, improvement, and control are your passion and you want to have a real impact on the bank's technological strategy, you might be the one we are looking for to join our team: - Defines, develops, and formalizes IT standards, procedures, and practices, ensures their approval, and shares them with involved parties

• Actively collaborates with stakeholders to develop a flexible, development-oriented IT process framework and identifies improvement opportunities

• Coordinates technological compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements (Due Diligence) processes

• Increases awareness of IT standards and procedures among teams through organizing trainings and preparing guidelines

• Periodically monitors the effective implementation of IT standards and prepares reports in accordance with the company's established rules

It is necessary that: - You have a bachelor's or higher academic degree in Information Technology

• You have at least 5 years of experience working in the field of IT Governance

• You are familiar with and have at least 3 years of practice working with CMMI, COBIT, ITIL/ITSM, ISO27000, GDPR frameworks

• You have experience in technical writing of IT standards and document management

• You work freely in Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office programs

• You are familiar with Agile approaches and practices

It is desirable: - To master English or other foreign languages
