Pre-Sales Representative

The multi-profile confectionery company "Sandomi", which has been operating on the market since 2013, is represented in approximately 9000 objects across Georgia with a diverse range of loose and chocolate products.

As a result of the overall ranking, the company has been awarded the title of "Permanent Leader" among large enterprises by the International Business Association for bread production and confectionery production and storage. The main priorities of "Sandomi" as a company are: customer orientation, high quality, constant innovation, teamwork principles, and maximum protection of the implemented international quality ISO 22000 requirements.

The "Sandomi" brand of LLC "Vasadzis Puri" announces a vacancy for the position of Pre-Sales Representative.

Main responsibilities: - Cooperation with partner organizations and ensuring product sales (network: 150-200 traditional objects). - Visiting objects according to the schedule (Monday to Friday). - Controlling company shelves in the store and supervising correct product placement (FIFO principle) and assortment. - Controlling deadlines and prices, describing balances, and generating correct orders (program: Pocket, FMG). - Offering new products, accounting for expired products, and agreeing on payment terms.

Qualification requirements: - Work experience is desirable, but candidates with sales experience (in a difficult field) will be considered. - High motivation, interest, and skills. - Essential qualities: communicativeness, politeness, and activity.

Working conditions and schedule: - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. - Format: the working day starts with a field network and ends in the office (arrival at the office at the end of the day is mandatory). - Internship period: 1 to 2 months (the first month is mandatory, the second depends on the results). - Internship remuneration: fixed 800 GEL (proportional to the days worked). The first week is dedicated to training, followed by a test and practical task.

Remuneration after internship: - After handing over the network, remuneration depends on sales: 5% of the amount sold (on average 2500 GEL in a non-cash case). - In case of successful work and high sales, remuneration can be significantly higher. - In case of low efficiency indicators (steadily 1000-1500 GEL, when working at the company's expense), cooperation is terminated. - Product turnover according to the plan (return not more than 4%).
