Medical Case Management and Compensation Manager

Insurance company Unison announces a vacancy for the position of Medical Case Management and Compensation Manager.

Main responsibilities: - Receiving and servicing insured individuals: identifying the insured, submitting documents if necessary, including settling cases within the delegation framework; - Presenting all necessary documentation in full: responding to reviewed cases via email or phone; - Identifying and detecting deficiencies in documentation submitted by the insured, requesting additional documents on-site, and requesting additional documentation after review if necessary; - Submitting documentation required for guarantee and reflecting it in the program; - Organizing, classifying, and systematizing reviewed documentation chronologically in relevant folders; - Issuing referrals for outpatient services and medications, electronically, considering the contract terms; - Issuing referrals for specialized consultations, laboratory and instrumental examinations, and medications with or without a prescription, based on diagnosis, complaints, and contract terms; - Sending referrals to provider clinics electronically; - Assisting insured individuals with appointment scheduling (with a family doctor, specialized doctor, or for examinations) and activating travel insurance if necessary;

Main qualification requirements: - Higher medical education; - At least 1 year of experience in the same field; - Knowledge of computer office programs; - Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
