Work location: Tbilisi, Tsereteli 116 Work schedule: Full-time, 10:00-18:00. 1 day off, 1 short day Remuneration: 900 GEL + bonus

Main functions and responsibilities - Receiving and servicing phone calls in accordance with standards; - Responding to Facebook/Instagram messages and redirecting information to the relevant team; - Timely response to problems, redirection to the relevant department if necessary; - Reflection and processing of information received from the customer in the internal system;

Skills - Good communication skills; - Ability to quickly assimilate information; - Attention to detail; - Clear and convincing speech; - Customer orientation, politeness; - Activity, quickness; - Organization; - Accuracy.

Languages - Fluent Georgian, communicative level of English and Russian (desirable) - Programs - Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel) at the user level;
