The subsidiary company of JSC "Nikora", LLC "Korida", announces a vacancy for the position of Packing Area Team Leader Assistant in the city of Poti.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Getting acquainted with the work day plan; - Supplying the area with packaging materials and labels; - Supplying products and controlling balances; - Controlling the timely and quality execution of the daily plan; - Controlling expiration dates on packaged and packed products; - Ensuring the proper functioning of packaging equipment in agreement with the technical service; - Controlling the observance of technical safety norms in the area; - Controlling the temperature regime; - Controlling the observance of hygienic norms; - Checking the sanitary and hygienic norms of production inventory and equipment in the work process, and daily controlling the process of their organization and cleaning at the end of the day / before the start of the next working day; - Initiating innovations (technological, technical, organizational, administrative, etc.) in production processes within the competence; - Participating in the modification of innovations, introducing changes, and timely informing subordinates; - Ensuring periodic meetings with subordinate employees; - Evaluating the work performed by subordinate employees; - Controlling the observance of sanitary and hygienic norms and the wearing of work inventory (headwear, gloves, aprons, etc.) by subordinate employees; - Training new employees and assisting in the adaptation process; - Performing other powers within the specific job responsibilities and in accordance with the organization's goals and objectives, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education; - Experience working in production will be considered an advantage.

Personal skills: - Sense of responsibility; - Ability to work in a stressful environment; - Attention to detail.

Work schedule: Every day (except Saturday) from 09:00 to 18:00. Remuneration: 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) GEL.
