Job Description The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of signed contracts, including preparation, agreement, monitoring, and administration of contracts. The main goal is to minimize contract-related risks, protect the company's interests, and ensure effective fulfillment of contractual obligations.

• Preparing and managing contracts;
• Supporting/ conducting negotiations;
• Monitoring contract performance, controlling contractual terms;
• Risk management;
• Organizing and managing the procurement process;
• Reporting and document management;

Qualifications - Higher education (law, business administration); - At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field - High-level English language skills are required; - Knowledge of office programs - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
