Job Description:

The Financial Manager ensures the effective implementation of financial management of Bellevue Residence Suites, Hotel Bulvar Batumi and Restaurant Argos, optimal use of financial resources, compliance with budget discipline and provision of timely and reliable financial information to the management for effective management decisions.

Key Responsibilities: - Planning, organization and control of the company's financial activities; - Preparation, monitoring and analysis of the budget (plan / fact comparison); - Preparation of financial and management reporting for management; - Cash flow management and forecasting; - Supervision of the accuracy of accounting records; - Identification and management of financial risks;

Requirements: - Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field; - At least 3 years of work experience in a Financial Manager or similar position in the hotel and / or restaurant industry. - Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and accounting standards (IFRS); - Practical experience in financial analysis and reporting; - High-level proficiency in Excel; - Analytical thinking, responsibility and attention to detail;

Skills: - Leadership skills and strategic thinking. - Effective communication skills and crisis management experience. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
