Registrar

Clinic "Medhouse" (Gldani, 3rd microdistrict) is announcing a vacancy for a Registrar position.

Main responsibilities: - Providing information to patients visiting the clinic and addressing them; - Registering patients in the relevant electronic program; - Opening and filling out outpatient cards; - Managing queues; - Managing problematic situations; - Checking all registrations and corresponding documentation in the program at the end of the day;

Qualification and requirements for skills: - Higher or professional medical education - Experience working in a similar position in a medical institution is desirable; - Communication skills; - Customer orientation; - Attention to detail; - Organizational skills; - Ability to work concentrated and effectively in stressful situations;

Teamwork skills: Ability to analyze and transmit information

Working hours: Monday-Friday: 09:30 - 17:00 Saturday: 10:00 - 15:00

Remuneration: 1000 ₾
