The Mental Health and Substance Abuse Prevention Center announces 2 vacancies: 1. For the position of a Social Worker in Tbilisi. 2. For the position of a Social Worker in Kutaisi.

The Mental Health and Substance Abuse Prevention Center is a leading specialized state medical institution that holds a significant place in the medical sector. It works on both outpatient and inpatient treatment in the field of mental health and substance abuse prevention. It implements state programs in both psychiatric and narcological fields. Basic Requirements: - Higher education; - Social Worker certificate; - Experience working as a social worker.

Main Responsibilities: - Informing the patient about their rights and protecting them; - Interviewing patients using a questionnaire to assess their social needs; - Providing social support to patients; - Maintaining documentation; - Participation in psychosocial rehabilitation and production of social rehabilitation.

Working hours: from 10:00 to 16:00. Location: Tbilisi, Kavtaradze's alley #2.
