The auto-importer company "Indigo Cars" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Social Media and Content Specialist in Tbilisi.

Work schedule and compensation: - Work format: onsite; - Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00; - Compensation: salary based on experience and qualifications;

Key responsibilities: - Social media management: daily management of Indigo Cars' channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), content planning, and publication; - Content calendar creation: compiling a monthly content calendar and its timely implementation; - Copywriting: preparing posts, advertising texts, campaign messages, articles, and blogs; - Video content planning: creating ideas, scenarios, and dialogue texts for TikTok, Reels, and other video formats; - Organizing filming: planning the filming process in collaboration with a videographer (defining the theme, scenario, participants, location, and props); - Working with contractors: preparing clear briefs for the advertising agency, designer, and videographer, and controlling the quality and deadlines of the work performed; - Communication with the audience: daily, timely, and brand-tone-compliant feedback on incoming comments and messages, redirecting requests as needed; - Analytics and reporting: monitoring social media trends and competitors, analyzing content effectiveness, and preparing periodic reports; - Participation in marketing projects: involvement in the company's overall campaigns and projects.

Qualification Requirements: - Higher education (a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or PR will be considered an advantage) - Experience: at least 2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing; - Platform knowledge: in-depth knowledge of social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their specifics; - Copywriting and language: fluent written Georgian, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to adapt texts to different audiences; - Content creation: experience in creating posts, articles, advertising texts, and video scripts; - Working with external partners: experience in collaborating and briefing videographers, agencies, or freelancers;

Language skills: - Georgian - fluent; - English - B2 level (free communication); - Russian - B2 level (free communication);

Will be considered an advantage: - Practical knowledge of Canva and CapCut (or other simple video editors); - Experience in writing articles/blogs considering SEO principles; - Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; - Experience in collaborating with influencers and content creators; - Interest in or experience working in the automotive sector.

Personal characteristics: - Creativity and initiative; - High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; - Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines; - Effective written and verbal communication skills; - Ability to sense visual/video trends and adapt them to the brand.
