The "Grafika" restaurant located at 5 Lermontov Street, Sololaki, is announcing a vacancy for a Cook position.

Qualification requirements: - Experience working in a similar position, preferably in Georgian-European cuisine; - Professional education in culinary arts is desirable; - Speed and time management skills; - Organizational skills; - Punctuality;

Functions and responsibilities: - Primary processing of raw materials and products; - Preparation of dishes within the established timeframe and in the required form; - Preparation of dishes in compliance with calculations; - Maintaining the working table, equipment, and necessary inventory in a clean and organized condition; - Communication with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to effectively plan the procurement for the next day/days; - Efficient use of restaurant kitchen supplies; - Sorting and storage of food in accordance with established standards; - Fulfillment of additional requirements from the Head Chef as needed.

Conditions: - Flexible schedule, 9 hours per day - Two days off per week - The company provides meals for employees
