Fashion Consultant

The world's leading fashion industry premium brand "Armani Exchange" is looking for a Fashion Consultant for its City Mall branch.

** Location: Tbilisi, City Mall

** Work Format: Full-time

** Work Schedule: 5 days a week, in shifts (10:00-19:00; 13:00-22:00)

Main duties and responsibilities:

** Provide customer service in accordance with brand standards;

** Present products perfectly, introduce features, and offer accordingly to customers;

** Manage cash operations through the POS system, accurate and smooth implementation of cash and non-cash payments;

** Daily balance control and reporting;

** Receive, place, and ensure constant order of products in the sales area;

** Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store;

** Actively participate in achieving sales targets;

** Receive customer feedback and provide relevant information to the manager;

** Collaborate with the team and participate in general work processes.

Experience, Education, and Skills:

** Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable;

** Experience working with cash register systems or POS software is desirable;

** Fluent oral communication and customer-oriented approach;

** High standards of service;

** Interest in the fashion industry, knowledge of global trends and luxury class brands;

** Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; knowledge of English/ other foreign languages will be considered an advantage;

** High sense of responsibility;

** Customer and service orientation;

** Energetic and communicative.
