Architect

Cityzen Central Park is a large-scale complex located at the intersection of Tamarashvili and University streets, consisting of four residential blocks and a business center.

We are looking for an Architect to join the Cityzen team.

Main responsibilities: - Preparation of detailed architectural project drawings in accordance with applicable legislation, preparation of documentation and drawings necessary for obtaining a construction permit; - Correction / modification of existing projects / engineering projects and comparison; - Preparation of working drawings; - Preparation / calculation of material specifications; - Communication with the engineering team on the construction site (transfer and control of drawings);

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in the field of architecture; - Knowledge of graphic programs: AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCad; - At least 5 years of experience working on architectural projects;
