Sakura Properties, a premium real estate company in Tbilisi, is announcing a two-month paid internship in marketing with employment prospects.

Today, the total audience of our social platforms exceeds 250,000 people, and accordingly, we are looking for a content-loving person who loves watching trendy videos, analyzing them, and has a strong desire to learn and develop professionally in this field.

This is a paid internship, and we are ready to gradually teach the person in this position everything needed to become a strong professional over time.

Are you looking for: - You have a strong desire and motivation to establish yourself professionally in this field (we will teach you everything step by step and practically - experience is not crucial, your motivation is key). - You love creating modern, trendy videos. - You are detail-oriented. - You can quickly and timely prepare materials. - You are creative and have your own ideas. - You actively follow social media trends. - You can work independently and responsibly.

Main responsibilities: - Filming/editing real estate videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok formats). - Protecting the brand's visual style in all videos. - Processing videos in a dynamic, modern, and attractive format. - Adding subtitles, music, and graphic elements. - Editing agents' personal video content. - Adapting videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). - Sharing content ideas with the team.

Working conditions: Remuneration: for the first two months, during the internship period, 500 GEL + bonuses; in case of continuation of employment, increased salary. Work schedule: 11:00 - 19:00. Working days: Monday - Friday. Location: near the Medical University metro station.
