German-speaking Junior Recruiter

German company CMX Solutions has been operating on the international market since 2012, with branches in Berlin, Skopje, Yerevan and Tbilisi. Through our multilingual call center, we provide services to large international companies. We focus on handling inbound calls and processing electronic correspondence.

CMX Solutions is pleased to announce a vacancy for a German-speaking Junior Recruiter position, full-time. Location: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue #71, Regus Business Center.

Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and selecting potential candidates and developing selection criteria; - Managing the selection process in German; - Managing and updating candidate data in the company's HR system; - Planning, organizing, and analyzing test results for positions; - Preparing and coordinating the signing of employment contracts; - Preparing and updating job descriptions (in German); - Collaborating with universities and schools; - Introducing and informing candidates about work processes; - Communicating with the marketing team - verifying and approving job design before publication, or initiating corrections; - Preparing HR-related reports and data analytics; - Participating in various HR projects and organizing events.

Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in HR, business, psychology, or a related field); - Knowledge of German - C1 level; - Knowledge of English - minimum B1 level; - Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.); - High communication skills, especially with German-speaking audiences; - Operativeness, organization, and attention to detail; - Teamwork skills; - Experience in active and close communication with German-speaking target audiences; - Experience in the employee selection process (will be considered an advantage); - Experience working with HR systems or databases (will be considered an advantage); - Knowledge of German-speaking professional audiences and connections to relevant networks (will be considered an advantage).
