Main responsibilities: - Communication with customers and providing them with quality service - Receiving defective products and managing the service process - Providing consultations to customers on product usage - Selling spare parts and accessories - Ensuring procedures and service standards are followed - Coordination with technical departments - Working in Apple and 1C systems

Requirements: - Work experience in customer service - Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team - Knowledge of Georgian and English languages (at least B2 level)

Competitive remuneration and bonus system - Fixed salary: from 1,351 GEL - Probation period: 6 months - Opportunity to receive a bonus during the probation period - based on individual results and performance indicators - After completing the probation period: fixed salary increases to 1,615 GEL and a bonus system is activated, which depends on service sales results. - Career development and additional benefits
