Paid Internship - Loss Expert-Evaluator

„B Group“ has been successfully cooperating with all insurance companies operating in the Georgian market since 2017. The main activity of the company is the assessment of insurance losses (real estate, commodity-material stocks, cargo, medical equipment, special equipment, special installations, etc.).

B Group announces a 3-month paid internship with a possibility of employment - Loss Expert-Evaluator position.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and communicative candidate who will be involved in the process of assessing insurance cases and ensure an objective and high-quality assessment of damage.

Location - Tbilisi, Lvov 95 Working hours: flexible schedule Remuneration: during the internship period (3 months) 500 GEL per month, after the internship, the salary will be determined individually, ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 GEL, depending on performance.

Desirable skills and experience: - Ability to plan, organize, and manage time; - Ability to quickly find, analyze, and logically connect information; - Good written and verbal communication skills; - Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously; - Striving for professional self-improvement; - Computer skills, knowledge of MS Office programs; - Organizational skills, high sense of responsibility; - Knowledge of foreign languages (will be considered an advantage); - It is desirable for the candidate to have a driving license (category A or B).

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or several of the following areas: - Experience working as a consultant or sales manager in a construction materials store; - Experience working in the repair or construction sector; - Practical knowledge of interior and repair works; - Experience working in construction, architecture, or engineering; - Experience in technical inspection, quality control, or assessment;

Main responsibilities: - Operational departure to the scene of an insurance event. - Detailed inspection of damaged property (apartment, private house, commercial premises, cargo, and other objects). - Initial assessment of the scale of damage and probable cause. - Preparation of complete photo documentation of damaged elements. - Objective recording of circumstances and actual situation on site. - Collection of necessary documentation and information for assessment. - Uploading information, photos, and received data to the company's internal program. - Preparation of necessary data for the assessment conclusion in accordance with the company's standards.
