Insurance company "Unison" announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Corporate Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities: - Planning, organizing, leading, and ensuring the development of the Corporate Sales Department's activities; - Ensuring the fulfillment of sales plans and KPIs defined for the department, constant monitoring and analysis of results; - Developing relationships with large and strategic corporate clients, conducting negotiations, and actively participating in the direct sales process; - Identifying new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients, developing and implementing a sales development strategy; - Developing the existing corporate portfolio, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term cooperation; - Primary risk assessment and close collaboration with the Underwriting Department in determining insurance conditions; - Analyzing sales results, market trends, and competitive environment, preparing relevant recommendations, and reporting to management; - Coordinating the activities of department employees, professional development, performance evaluation, and ensuring motivation; - Evaluating monthly and quarterly results, monitoring performance indicators, analyzing reasons for non-fulfillment of plans, and developing relevant action plans; - Ensuring the development of the department's sales strategy, action plans, and diversified corporate portfolio. - Quarterly/annual analysis of the insurance market

Requirements: - Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; - At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership position; - Experience working in the insurance or financial sector is necessary; - Practical experience in B2B sales, negotiations, and strategic client management; - Experience in sales strategy, KPIs, and budget planning; - Good knowledge of sales analytics, reporting, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
