Shopping Center Reception Operator

LLC "IG Development Georgia", which owns two shopping centers and a business center "City Tower" located in Tbilisi, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Shopping Center Reception Operator.

Location: City Mall Saburtalo Work schedule: Daily

Main responsibilities: - Assistance to customers entering the shopping center and providing them with information; - Informing customers about brands located in the shopping center, including shops, stands, islands, pharmacy, banks, salon, sports hall, cinema, hypermarket / market; - Detailed knowledge of gift cards operating in the shopping center, their conditions (including activation, use, gifting rules, etc.); - Assistance to customers in activating gift cards and replenishing funds; - Receiving phone calls and responding to incoming messages; - Ensuring the continuous functioning of the information space; - Providing instant information to the shopping center's security service about a lost item found by a customer, including taking care of an item found by a customer or a third party and providing information about it to the head of the security service;

Qualification requirements: - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage - Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a communicative level - Basic knowledge of computer office programs
