Assistant to Retail Network Manager

The "Fix Price" retail chain has been successfully operating on the Georgian market for 10 years, offering customers a wide range of products, including food, household chemicals, home decor, textiles, and more.

Currently, the company has 11 branches in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, and Batumi. The network continues to expand and open new branches in various cities.

The "Fix Price" retail chain is announcing a vacancy for the position of Assistant to the Retail Network Manager in Tbilisi.

We are looking for: a responsible, intelligent, quick, energetic, and balanced team member.

Job responsibilities: - Organizational support for the retail network's activities; - Providing administrative and organizational support to the Retail Network Manager; - Collecting, systematizing, and transmitting information from network stores; - Coordinating information exchange between stores and the central office; - Working with products, inventory, and stock;

Preparing analytical data on low sales, excess inventory, and expired products; - Participating in the organization and conduct of inventory, revaluation, and internal audit; - Controlling the accuracy of data on product balances and movements; - Analytics and reporting; - Preparing reports on network activities; - Creating analytical tables, reports, and presentation materials in Excel and 1C; - Document management / document circulation; - Preparing reports, acts, letters, orders, and other internal documents; - Participating in the operational activities of the network; - Monitoring compliance with company regulations and internal standards; - Preparing high-quality and timely reports and analytical materials; - Ensuring the security of company information, documents, and confidential data;

Basic requirements: - Correct and fluent speech in Georgian; - Correct and fluent speech in Russian (B2 level) (candidates who do not know Russian will not be considered); - Confident work with retail programs. - Experience in operational management and/or process coordination; - High level of organization and responsibility; - Ability to process large amounts of information; - Communication and multitasking skills; - Desirable experience working with trading platforms, e-commerce, or delivery services.

Work schedule: 5+2 (five working days, two days off); Working hours: 8 hours (by agreement); Work in the office; Salary: 1800 GEL
