The "Tortiko" confectionery is announcing a vacancy for a manager in a new branch in Poti, David the Builder str. 37

We are looking for an active and ambitious employee who, like us, is passionate about their work and loves to constantly develop in the field of gastronomy and service.

Professional experience: - Experience in a managerial position is considered an advantage; - Knowledge of supra/fina/optimo or a similar restaurant program; - Knowledge of foreign languages is considered an advantage; - Professional education (advantageous)

Professional skills: - Communication skills, ability to establish contact with guests from different social groups; - Leadership skills; - Ability to find quick solutions in non-standard situations; - Discipline - Interest in the food industry, service and desire for development;

Main functions: - Successful management of the daily activities of the object, constant care for its reputation and improvement of service quality; - Active communication with guests, ensuring their satisfaction with fast and high-level service; - Correct distribution of duties among employees, their motivation and creation of a positive, hospitable working environment; - Compilation of employee schedules; - Conducting training for colleagues; - Conducting primary interviews; - Working with all documentation that ensures the continuous and smooth functioning of objects; - Control of the technical operation of equipment; - Management of distribution/supply, including control of balances; - Communication with regulatory bodies; - Ensuring and controlling compliance with all sanitary-hygienic norms and labor safety regulations provided by law; - Cash management, communication with accountant; - Transfer and reporting of all current and planned work to management;

Terms: - Work schedule: full-time; 5/2 10:00-19:00 - Salary: fixed 1000 GEL, mandatory probationary period 1 week; - Mandatory internship in Samtredia, at the main enterprise; - Opportunities for professional development; - Official employment; - Paid vacation after 11 months; - Corporate medical insurance;
