Construction Engineer / Site Manager

AWARD is a company operating in the field of infrastructure and construction projects. In order to effectively implement current and planned projects, we are looking for a qualified, responsible, and development-oriented employee to join our professional team.

The company announces a vacancy for the position of Construction Engineer / Site Manager at an ongoing infrastructure project in Rustavi.

Project: Territory improvement and infrastructure works. Position: Construction Engineer / Site Manager Organization: LLC "AWARD" Permanent work location: Rustavi Type of work: Full-time Remuneration: 4000 GEL per month, paid in hand (income tax and pension contribution added to 4000 GEL) Additional remuneration: Bonus based on performance.

The project includes the implementation of territory improvement and various engineering works, including: - Vertical planning of the territory; - Arrangement of drainage networks; - Arrangement of roads and sidewalks; - Arrangement of external lighting networks; - Execution of earthwork, concrete and other construction works; - Arrangement of various elements of improvement; - Coordination of works related to engineering networks.

Main responsibilities - Daily organization and on-site management of the construction process; - Production and control of works in accordance with project documentation and technical assignment; - Correct reading of project drawings, specifications, and work volumes; - Phased planning of works and control of deadlines; - Organization and coordination of labor and construction equipment works; - Coordination and control of subcontractors' works; - Quality control of performed works; - Measurement and accounting of performed work volumes; - Determination of required construction material quantities and preparation of relevant requests; - Control of targeted and rational use of materials at the facility; - Timely identification of discrepancies and technical issues found in the project and agreement with relevant persons; - Communication with the customer, technical supervision, and other project participants on technical issues; - Participation in the preparation of relevant documentation for performed works; - Control of compliance with labor safety requirements at the facility; - Ensuring timely and high-quality completion of works.

Qualification requirements - Higher education in construction or civil engineering; - Practical experience working on construction sites; - Experience working on infrastructure and/or improvement projects; - Ability to read construction and engineering drawings; - Ability to calculate work volumes and account for performed works; - Ability to plan and organize construction processes; - High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; - Ability to independently manage work processes and make timely decisions; - Effective communication skills with the team, subcontractors, and other project participants.

Advantage will be given to candidates with: - Knowledge of AutoCAD; - Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office programs; - Experience in arranging roads, sidewalks, and other road infrastructure; - Experience in arranging drainage systems; - Experience in vertical planning and earthworks; - Experience working on territory improvement projects; - Experience working with external lighting and other engineering networks.
