Samorine Otium announces a vacancy for the position of: Waiter

The Samorine's Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, which includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Friendly and professional greeting of customers; - Assisting in menu selection, answering questions, and providing recommendations when needed; - Accurate and efficient taking of food and beverage orders; - Timely delivery of orders, adhering to established service standards; - Detailed knowledge of the menu; - Registration of all checks in the POS system; - Close communication with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant personnel for fast and efficient service; - Adherence to alcohol service rules and policies; - Informing relevant management of any incidents caused by customers.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; - Experience working as a waiter in a restaurant, preferably in a samorine or hospitality setting; - Excellent customer service and communication skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment; - Knowledge of menu ingredients; - Strong organizational and multi-functional skills; - Flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
